Complementing his advisory role, he teaches up-and-coming specialists through Ain-Shams University and Al Azhar University, where he serves as a visiting professor in the Pediatrics and Neurology Departments. Dr. Yasser Awaad’s academic background also includes time as assistant professor of pediatric and neurology at Wayne State University.
